At SharpPrices we are commited to keeping the customer's informed about their purchases. Below is a list of common questions as well as answers from our team!

 

Customer Privacy

Is it safe to use my credit card here? Yes, we do not store any credit card credentials from customers. Payments are proccessed through Authorize.net (you can find their privacy policy here).
Does SharpPrices share my information? No. SharpPrices will NEVER share your information with third-party services. We take pride in providing customers with a seamless shopping experience without sending your information else where.
What information does SharpPrices collect? As per order-sake we collect the customers mailing address, first and last name, email. We also use Google Analytics to track information such as Operating System, Web Browser Type and Version, Geolocation (via IP address), and Search Terms. The collection of this information is only to improve your experience on SharpPrices.com.

Shipping Information

When will my order be shipped? We ship our orders generally within one day (24 hours) of the order time. During high demand-time the order may not be shipped up to two days (48 hours) of the order time.
When will my product arrive at my doorstep? Ship time may vary. We ship from the Eastern US as well as Las Vegas, Nevada. Some products are located in both warehouses and are shipped accordingly. Others may be shipped from only one or the other. That being said, you can expect a 3-6 day arrival time. If you would like a more accurate timeframe please ask our customer service representative.
How much does shipping cost? We try to keep free shipping on all products. However there may be instances where an item may be too large to ship for free.
Does SharpPrices ship on Saturday? Yes! SharpPrices will ship on Saturdays, however, we lighten up the staff and only about half of the packages leave our location. Any left-over orders, or purchases that occured over the weekend, will be shipped on the following Monday.
How will I know when my package was shipped? After shipping we automatically email you confirmation of the shipment as well as a tracking number and carrier for the delivery.
What shipping service(s) does SharpPrices use? We generally use USPS for orders under one pound. Above one pound we will use FedEx or UPS depending on price. If you would like to specify a carrier please add it to the 'notes' section within the checkout proccess.

Returns / Replacements

What is SharpPrice's return policy? We offer 30 day money back or replacement on the majority of our goods for sale. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
